Around here, great barbecue is pretty simple; you take good meat, you stick to the old-school ways, and you don’t rush the pit. That’s how Mr. Jack did it when he started this place back in '72, then Mr. Tom carried the torch for over 20 years, and when our family took over we promised we ain't about to change.

To us, this place isn't just a restaurant—it's a spot where neighbors become friends and friends end up feeling like family. Every brisket, rack of ribs, and pork shoulder we pull out of the smoker gets the same time, care, and attention it did decades ago. It’s low, it’s slow, and it’s done right.
